Our headquarters are in Houston, Texas. Our basic assets right now are in oil and gas in the Gulf of Guinea off the coast of central West Africa. There are two areas in the Gulf of Guinea in which we have assets: the Nigeria and Sao Tome & Principe Joint Development Zone (JDZ) and the Sao Tome & Principe Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).
