Investment Banker Thomas M. Wilson to Join Environmental Remediation Holding Corporation

LAFAYETTE, La., Jan. 14, 1999 - Environmental Remediation Holding Corporation (OTC BB:ERHC) today announced Investment Banker Thomas M. Wilson will join the Company as a Consultant.

Mr. Wilson, a Petroleum Engineer with twenty years experience in oil and gas exploration and production re-focused his career in the late 1980's after attaining an MBA and working as a stockbroker with Integrated Resources. From there, Mr. Wilson joined American Express family of companies (NYSE:AXP). Mr. Wilson served as an analyst, financial consultant and investment banker to numerous Financial and Oil/Gas Companies including: Chevron (NYSE:CHV), Texaco (NYSE:TX), Royal Dutch/Shell Group of Companies (NYSE: RD), and BP Amoco p.l.c. (NYSE:BPA). Recently, Mr. Wilson's has been involved in securing capital-equity, debt or a combination thereof, for the Oil and Gas Industry to facilitate mergers and/or acquisitions of producing properties in the Gulfcoast regions of Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. Additionally, Mr. Wilson has extensive international experience evaluating and capitalizing projects in China, Hungary, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Gabon, Columbia, Brazil and Mexico.
