The Board of Directors proposes the following nominees to be elected to the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting, their terms to expire at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in 2009 or until a successor is elected and qualified. The Board of Directors recommends a vote in favor of each such nominee: Left to right are Clement Nwizubo, Dr. Andrew Uzoigwe and Ambassador (Retired) Howard Jeter.
